Verify OOS work for inspection on august 3rd

Grass grown but not overly grown. Crew was sent out to service on 7/27/26. spoke to crew while on site. Crew finished site before leaving for the day.

Site was serviced on 7/28/26. site looks up to par. site was given additional part of facility to service monthly.

Facility observation. site looks serviced. Crew will service again on 7/28/26 for upcoming inspection.

Visited all local accounts in Jackson to and Memphis. All site needs to be serviced immediately

Site visit do to accusation of damage to truck and busted pipeline

Went in to meet with Clint, GM. Upon entrance he didn't want to talk or complete company survey for service. opened up the door and waved for me to leave. stated company had a week to complete services or he would be cancelling contract.

Attempted to meet with Chris, GM. Refused to engaged, was not satisfied with anything from the company, refused to do survey or give feedback. stated that he was currently looking for a new provider for lawn services.

Spoke with Joe Admin Manager. He stated he would like to activated Irrigation. Stated sweepers are flying thru parking lot and leaving behind trash and would like to see improvement.

GM wasn't satisfied with mulch in one particular area. island had an empty spot where much wasn't laid and would like to see improvement on that.

Property not serviced and in very poor condition. Property manager was not available.
